Real Estate sales in the USA

According to the report of Nationwide Agency of Realities (NAR) from 10.03.2008 the sales of already existing homes decreased in the month of May as estimated by 0,3per cent from upwardly audited 6.01mil to 5.99mil of year-round adjusted units which has been the lowest merit since June 2003. The average analytic estimations expected a depression of April merit 5,99 units. NAR stated that as a clear proof of recession at this sector. The sales of single generation houses dropped down by 0,8 per cent and the year-on-year reports show a 10,8per cent fall. The sales of more generation houses dropped down by 6,7per cent and these keep dropping by 6,7per cent year-on-year.
