Payments

• The first deposit is payable in 10 days after signing the agreement
• The deposit range is usually 50% of the total amount + final cleaning fee and boat renting 
• The leaseholder is obliged to pay the rest of the total amount within 40 days before the first day of the lease. 

In case a leaseholder does not keep the term time, the lessor is allowed to withdraw from the agreement without any offer of compensation for the property stated in the contract. The lessor has to confirm so in writing.
